	Data limits Each user will get 8Gb of data storage and 2Gb of email storage, this can be grouped together as an allocated total for departments or companies. You can buy extra storage upon request. Email Exchange Service Each user will get 2Gb limit, with full exchange services, Push Email to any device with full constant synchronization, ablity to share calendars and view with permissions other accounts. We direct all your emails through our exchange falcility which has full anit spam and anti virus protection. Application Hosting We will host any application Free of Charge onto your Virtual Desktop. The applications must be licensed to you by the vendor and will sit on our servers giving you access. We will not support the application unless ofcouse you have a support package with the vendor. Microsoft 2007/2003 including Outlook comes as standard with Virtual Desktop including all updates. Backup of Data Your data and applications are backed up in real time, end of day and off site, daily. This is done via the internet and Fibre connections, giving you total security and peace of mind. 24/7 Access You have total access 24/7 anywhere in the world. This can be on any device that provides you an internet connection and you will have complete access to all your data, applications and emails. IT Support Full remote IT support is provided to all clients from our UK support team. We have a full support desk that unterstands each client and manages the account, understanding the needs of the client and the impact of support issues that arise.
